It comes at an affordable price with unexpectedly great value. If you take care of it, it can last you a few years.
It’s made of top grain heavy duty leather, which is one of the most durable types of materials out there. The belt should perform well in rough roofing work conditions.
It features 2 hammer loops and 12 pockets: 4 bigger pockets for nails & tools and 8 smaller pockets for nail sets, pencils etc. The nail bags for roofers are certainly a plus.
It should fit really well waist sizes from 29 inches to 49 inches. However, if you’re a skinny guy/woman and if you’re shorter in height, then this tool belt might not be the one for you.
CLC is a brand specialized in work gear, and their goal is to provide the best quality they can give while keeping the price reasonable. The tool belt is well constructed and made to last.
However, there are some things that I noticed people complain about. The tool belt is not so left-handed friendly, the tape pocket is smaller and too tight to fit a larger tape and the belt is harder to adjust.

We were impressed to see how many positive feedbacks this rig has. For the low price, it comes with an excellent value.
Although it’s not made of leather, this belt holds up really well and it’s really durable for the price. It’s made of a mix of polyester, ferric, pp, pvc, and epe foam.
It features 12 smart pockets and a handy hammer loop. One of the mains complains were that the belt doesn’t come with a speed square pouch which might be a pain for some.
The belt is really comfortable, the roofing pouches are sturdy and fit the tools snug. It fits really well even the skinnier people.

This Task Tools belt comes with quite decent quality for the price. We recommend this model for DIY projects.
It is not so durable to use it professionally to withstand the harsh roofing conditions.
The belt is well built and made from an oil-tanned quality split leather.
The only downside is that it might be too long for most people. If you’re a skinny man or woman, then you’ll find this very long belt disturbing.
A great thing about it is that it features 12 pockets and 2 hammer holders, smartly placed and sturdy.
Conclusion: If you want the best of the best, and you have the budget for it, go for Occidental Leather tool belts. If you need a tool belt for a small DIY project or for seasonal small jobs, then any of the belts we recommended above are a great option for you.
CLC Custom Leathercraft 175274 Heavy Duty is good, not great. The inner seams on the pouches wears out, creating holes. Holes equals tools falling through. Also, my Malco sheet metal hammer sometimes falls out of the hammer ring.
I’ve used Bucket Boss for about 1000 hours now at work, and it’s shown little wear, so I’m going to say it’s pretty durable for nylon.
The belt is wide enough to be fairly comfortable. The pouches are large and easy to use and store a lot of crap. I’ve filled them with steel fittings and they haven’t torn or worn out much. Tossed them in the gang box, more like jammed in with other tools, and they’re still fine. I’m very satisfied, especially for the price.
CLC could be a great product for the worth.It’s not an everyday belt if you are doing construction work, but it’s great for weekend projects.The buckle could be a bit rough and not the best to use, but appears like it’ll impediment for ages.The tool belt is unpadded and fits most guys.The pockets are an honest size and that i never felt I needed more.I added a holster for my drill and it is a fantastic setup.
