As a result, as a bundle will usually cover around 33 square feet of shingles, then you will need around three bundles for every roofing square.
The easy way to discover how many roofing squares your roof has is by dividing the total square feet of your roof by 100.
How Do You Work Out How Many Shingles You Need?

Think About The Slope Of Your Roof
The slop on your roof will affect the amount of shingle bubbles that you are going to require. The steeper the roof, then generally the more shingles are required to cover the area properly.
However, due to a steep roof and more shingles needed, that does mean your roof will be more expensive to repair or replace, as more materials are needed.
Commonly, a roof slope or pitch will be measured in inches by the rise of the roof over the run of the roof.
